I have unfortunately failed my resits therefore cannot stay out in Manchester as I simply can't afford it with no student finance backing, therefore require someone to take over as soon as possible.

It's extremely close to the University of Manchester, walking distance of around 10 mins or even less depending on the building you're going to. Morrisons, costa and sainsburys is walking distance. It's right off Oxford road. Please reply if interested, I really need a replacement fast. If I had the financial ability I would have stayed.
