Looking to takeover a room UoL /KCL
Looking to take over a contract for a room. Roughly mid-december 2025/january 2026 until around june (the end of the academic year).
Can't be any more than £280 a week. Preferably catered UoL accomodation, but I am a student at King's so KCL accomodation is also possible.

I'm currently living in an en-suite room at Julian Markham Accommodation and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the start of Term 2 (Jan 2026) or maybe Nov/Dec, due to personal reasons.If you're interested or would like more information, please feel free to contact me.
