URGENT Sheffield accomm - (Non)international students

Hi everyone,
Hopping on here with a slightly unusual question. I’m an exchange student (September–December intake) at Uni of Sheffield and I’m really torn between Cosmos and iQ Fenton. They seem to offer more or less the same things, but Cosmos looks much more modern. It’s also one of the few accommodations that tick all the boxes for me (low price, gym, no renovation work this year, central location) and still have availability.
Which one would you recommend? I feel a bit bad about paying the extra for Cosmos, but I know I’ll probably never get student accommodation that nice for that price again. What matters most to me is finding a place with an active social life — ideally one that’s not too international. Since most private accommodations are already very diverse, and I’m also an international student at my home uni, I’d prefer not to stay in the same bubble for another three months.
