Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at IQ student accommodation Aldgate. It is very close to Aldgate east station and has a gym, cinema, karaoke, nice rooftop etc
It is a studio room with a private kitchen and bathroom.
The contract period is 51 weeks until September, 2026.
The weekly rent is £417.
Earliest move in date would be immediately.

Heyyyyy I have an accom (IQ the arcade), not exactly in zone 1 (it’s zone 2 and a 35 min bus commute away from kcl strand) and £277 a week. I know it’s not what u wanted but if u still need an accom and interested lmk!
