New course and maintenance loan

Hi

I previously studied BA course for 3 years however I did not qualify due to my health.

I have been offered a sponsored place on BA course at a different university, as this is sponsored i do not have to pay tuition fee.

However, would I still be eligible for maintenance loan even though I’ve previously had it for 3 years?

Hi Jessica,

If you don't already hold a qualification then you would be assessed for the maintenance loan. It's only the tuition fees that are determined by your previous study (unless you're studying an exception course). Thanks, Jason
