Hi,
I’d recommend studying using the specification of the exam board you’re taking, as it outlines exactly what you need to know for the exams. Active recall is key so using flashcards or mindmaps to test your knowledge, completing topic by topic questions and then moving onto full past papers. Getting a tutor can also be helpful if you need extra support, as having someone explain difficult concepts one-to-one can make a difference.
Here are some great resources to help you study for A-level Chemistry: •Exam board websites – for past papers and mark schemes. •Physics & Maths Tutor – offers notes, mind maps, flashcards, videos, and topic-by-topic questions. •ChemRevise – clear and concise notes for each topic. •Chemguide – detailed explanations and a solid revision guide. •YouTube channels – MaChemGuy, Allery Chemistry, and Elliot Rintoul explain topics really well and also do past paper walkthroughs.

ty for your reply! Do you think it would be more efficient to learn the content using the textbook or by watching the youtube videos?

Both methods can work; it really depends on how you learn best. Textbooks are great for structured, detailed learning, as you can take notes, highlight, and easily refer back. Videos are ideal if you prefer visual learning, as they can make difficult concepts easier to understand and quicker to revise. Using a mix of both resources usually works best.
Just remember to also use active recall techniques, like flashcards and practice questions for each topic.
