Student Finance Application Repeat Year Change

My student application before was waiting for me to register at my university, I'm booked in for that registration on the 18th of September and last week I had an email about when my first payment is due, on the 22nd. However I made a mistake and forgot to change the year of my application from year 3 to year 2, as I'm repeating the second year. So I made the change 2 days ago on the 11th. When should I be able to expect any changes to my application? because as of now it is currently processing and what will happen to the payments said before? I hope to be able to manage my accommodation rent as its due in the 29th.
