For anyone, who passed the VAC, in what order did you hear. I've received an email saying I was successful but haven't received a call yet, which were told to wait for. Anyone else had this? Please Lmk

Final interview is chill, you have the job. They just want to meet you, the typical questions and probably a question regarding what challenges is our industry facing. I would say personality here is important too

Did ac on a wednesday, got a call saying i passed to final interview on the tuesday week after. received an email about scheduling and details for the final interview the day after the call. final interview was the thursday a week after the call. been a week since the final interview and i got a call on tuesday this week but missed it since i was at another assessment centre but got a call yesterday saying i have a place on the programme. overall timelines been about 3-4 weeks from assessment centre to offer received.

It was pretty chill. They don’t throw you any curve balls. Individual tasks group task and final interview. As long as you prepare, you should be fine.
