Hii, your GCSEs are great. Theres a few universities which your english language grade falls below the requirement for, but iirc its fine for bristol and plymouth. What you should do though is focus on your work experience, predicted grades, A-Levels, and when the time comes UCAT, as those matter FAR more than your GCSEs, and will get you into medicine and make you stand out

Hi there! Great to hear you're interested in studying medicine at Plymouth! I've heard great things about the course and how it's really rewarding. 😊

I'd recommend checking out the grade requirements for the course via the 'apply' section of the course page, as well as information about modules, facilities, and assessments.

Although I study a different course, I know that Plymouth has a brand new centre for healthcare studies, Intercity Place, just North of the main campus. It has some incredible facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, only recently opening, so I'd recommend having a look at what's on offer for your course.

You can visit these facilities and the university campus on the next open days here by registering via the link to secure your space- it's a great chance to chat to students and staff, ask questions, see the facilities and city, as well as learning more about your course from what's already online.

Best of luck! 🙂
