It’s at Jennens Court, very spacious compared to other accommodations, large desk, en-suite bathroom etc, it’s a silver room. 250 Jennens Rd B5 5JR. Any more questions, please let me know.

Hello, I am looking for a tenancy takeover for the University of Birmingham. The accommodation is located in Pritchatts Park Townhouses and is a 45 week contract (25/26)
It’s a 7minute walk from the main campus.
