The University recommends arriving during your allocated move-in slot to help avoid disruption and ensure you receive the right support when you arrive. These pre-booked slots are designed to make the process as smooth and organised as possible for all students.
If you arrive earlier than your slot, it may not be possible to access your room straight away, and staff support might not be available. It could also cause disruption for other students who are moving in at their scheduled time.
