Why are you doing an apprenticeship or whatever, and not doing 3 A levels.

Because i dont want a career in politics i just want to be educated in it and ill have easy access to work after education. I understand that this is going to be a very hard path

Depending on how old you are, you may not need to repeat GCSEs - an Access to HE course at a local college would give you a qualification that is acceptable to Universities instead of A levels. Several Uni have specific 'Foundation' style courses aimed at older/non-traditional learners - and of course there is always the Open University where you need no previous qualifications at all, and can study via distance-learning.

Access to Higher Education
CertHE Foundation Years | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol
Degrees with a foundation year | Education | The University of Sheffield
Distance Learning Courses and Adult Education - The Open University
