Hiya! y13 AQA a level spanish student here.
Ignore this advice in general if it is not relevant to you, since I do a different exam board.
For my school, we have prepared a general title of what we want to do, then split it into 5 sub topics. This for a book could be the backstory, history, hidden meaning... whatever it may be. This would make it easier to crunch down such an open/large task like the IRP!
Then for example, from these sub topics, we write at least a chunky paragraph or two explaining how this sub topic is shown/details about it. for a book, this can be explaining the history, plot of the book, information and research outside of the book itself...
if you're doing it on a book, make sure you understand the book thoroughly since we will be questioned thoroughly on our chosen topic! That should give you a kickstart or some inspiration, I hope. 🙂 good luck!!!
