Economics- Sheffield or Liverpool

Does anybody have any good (or bad) words to say about the course at either orf these places… I have been to the open days but I would love to just know about these places (Also would love to know about Durham, Bristol, Exeter!!)

Have you looked in detail at the course details for each Uni - what are the options available in all years of each course. Remember that they will all be different. Do any of them have any sort of work experience or study abroad - this adds heaps to your graduate CV.

Choosing Unis are very much a personal thing - what one random person loves about any particular Uni doesnt mean you will feel the same way, and remember that most people on TSR have only ever been to one Uni. I'd suggest that you start writing down what you liked about each Uni you visit - course, campus, city, other students etc. You also need to think about costs - Sheffield and Liverpool will be cheaper places to live that somewhere like Bristol.

Hiya!

I am currently a student at the University of Sheffield and while I may not be able to go into details about the course, you can talk to students who do your specific course by searching through this link: Chat to Us.

To find out other details about courses, you can have a look at the modules and see which aligns with your interest too.

Hope that helps and let me know if you have anymore questions about life in Sheffield in general
