Uni of Herts 2025 Speed Friending

Hi, I’m new to Herts this year and will be studying at College Lane, but I’m going to the Speed Friending event at Cafè Ambition, De Havilland, this Wednesday. Is anyone else going, cos I feel so awkward going alone! 😩 Please let me know if you’re going, your name and what course you do - perhaps we could meet before the event?

Hi Amber! I totally feel you, I was really unsure too, but I’m so glad you saw my post! Animation sounds really cool. It would be great to meet you, and if you want to just meet there or head there together that would be cool.
I’m new to the Student Room, so annoyingly, I realise I can’t private message you to meet you before the event, but hopefully we’ll meet soon! :smile:
