Is possible to contact the Surrey accommodation team to still see if a room or the room that you declined is available?
Edit: just realised that Martin7 gave the same advice.

Il contact the Surrey accommodation team and ask if there’s still an option to get the accommodation or be put on the waiting list thanks for the help

I’m in 5 days a week and my lectures start at 9am and I have 2-4 hour breaks pretty much everyday

Hi

Then it’s better to accept the accommodation option since the commuting fees will likely add up to a similar price (+ lots of train delays that can be avoided).

Yea for me it’s the cost as if I accepted my student accommodation offer I would be spending 7600 just for my room for the year that does include utilities but not food and laundry stuff like that compared to commuting which will come out to be 4800 or less depending on deals I get with specific train apps as well as I enjoy using the train so I made my decision off of that
It is a hard decision I had to make mine quick since I got my offer for student accommodation very quickly aswell
Hopefully the decision you make is the best one for you

Yes but you should add in your time 4 hours a day @ £10 an hour minimum. It's costing you £200 a week to commute!

That’s good then, I hope things will be more manageable now that you’ve secured some accommodation,
