Tenancy takeover London for a sold out room in iQ
Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at IQ student accommodation Aldgate. It is very close to Aldgate east station and has a gym, cinema, karaoke, nice rooftop etc It is a studio room with a private kitchen and bathroom. The contract period is 51 weeks until September, 2026. The weekly rent is £417. Earliest move in date would be immediately.

hi, i have a studio in yourtribe elephant and castle weekly rent is £456. bills included with lots of amenities and modes of transport. the contract is until the 20th of august 2026 but it can be renewed. message if interested !!
