Online assessments (like Arctic Shores) can be more challenging for neurodiverse candidates, and it’s harder to put in place adjustments like extra time and rest breaks so early in the process. So, if they meet the requirements for the job, they skip straight to the video interview.

I think they wanted to show EDF values in your responses. respect, solidarity and responsibility and also that you're a team player but also show initiative when needed

I have a bad feeling about mine as well. I didn’t expect to get a 2 in patterns and rules, I thought I did a decent job tbh :/
