Hi there,
You would need to send us evidence how your last name has changed i.e. copy of the change of name deed poll or through marriage, copy of your marriage certificate. You can upload this online in your account along with cover letter explaining why you're sending it. Once received, this is currently taking 17 working days to be processed. Our timescales are estimates and can change daily up or down depending on how busy we are. If the team need anything else they will email you, it may go to your junk folder.
