ah okay I see. I think im personally just in disbelief bc my results for the VI were average

Maybe you got really high in the pattern recognition. When I emailed them asking how it’s scored, they said it’s an average of the 2 scores so a 50/50 weighting for pattern test and VI

I received an email saying I’ve passed the first round and the next round is another numerical test. If we pass the second numerical test it will be the assessment centre for the next round

How soon after completing the first assessment did you get the email for the numerical test?

I completed the pattern test and VI on 22nd and got the next test on 30th

nothing yet, though i suppose we won't have to do additional numerical tests due to the nature of the scheme. will just have to wait until they start sending out information about ACs.

which scheme did you apply for? i took my interview and havent heard back since not sure what the next stage is either

do you know if the numerical test is just for those in finance or for those in tech roles too? havent heard anything back so might email

Not sure about the tech roles but I had to do one for the Finance role

Hi I applied, I got my feedback straight away which was AI if I’m assuming correctly. Wouldn't stress at all! (I know people who work for Vodafone in all different departments, their process of hiring is like this - confusing and arbitrary, as the recruiters are offshored and are not from the UK). I know someone else who’s applied and got told they did awful, that they did good, and that they did “average”, so I think it’s more-so about your CV, experience and definitely your grades/institutions you’ve attended. This is what I’ve heard but who knows👍🏻
