Personally, I wouldn't. Their previous cut offs have been 2600+ so going below that wouldn't be wise.

Does anyone know when the selection days are for 2026 entry? And, do they usually post them on their website, or do they just send them via email? My daughter applied with a score of 2180 B1, noncontextual, and she hasn't heard anything from them since receiving the acknowledgment email.

I've also applied with UCAT 2170 band 1. Last year the selection days dates were posted on their website.

They usually post them on their website, where it currently says that ‘dates will be posted in October’, so hopefully they will post them soon!
My kids applied in 2022/3, and the other in 2024/5 - both times, after the acknowledgement email, the next contact from Soton was the interview invite, which gave two weeks notice, with the only flexibility being a couple of dates in the same week, and then the option of morning or afternoon slots. One had an interview in January, and the other in February. Overall, Soton were very late to invite in comparison to all the other places they applied to. That said, Soton is a very different interview style, as well as in person, so was a good one to have at the end when all others were on line. Hope this helps and the best of luck.

@lavish-lily Email or call them just to be on the safe side but if UCAS track looks fine you should be OK. I think someone else mentioned there was no acknowledgement email from them and it was due to tech issues.
