Urgent tenancy takeover Liverpool, willing to contribute towards rent
My plans for uni have changed and I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible.
It's a double room and bathroom (not shared!) in a house of 4. The other three housemates are second year girls at UoL. I lived with them in my first year of uni and they are really friendly, respectful and tidy. The location is in Kensington.
Rent is 136 per week all bills included. This month's rent has been paid and I'm willing to contribute towards next month's rent or the deposit.
