I want to transfer uni however and applied though clearing, ive received an offer but to accept it i need to accept it on UCAS however since im confirmed a spot at a uni i can’t. The uni has also given me a 2 day deadline to apply for clearing im not sure how to withdraw and get UCAS updated within this time. What do I do.

As you've found, you can't accept a clearing offer whilst placed at another uni in the current cycle.

You'd need to get York to release you from their offer via UCAS. As you've gotten to the point of formally enrolling they'll need to withdraw (ie un-enrol) you as well.

Keep the clearing uni updated with what is going on - they'll extend the 2 day deadline if they can.

So do I get in contact with york or UCAS? And is it possible i get withdrawn within 2 days?

York, only they can update UCAS at this stage. Generally it would be their admissions team, but as you are enrolled you might want to start with your academic department.

I can't really answer how long it will take. It's their busiest time of the year.
