confused about durham accomodation?

so i got my college confirmed (castle) and my room type confirmed a while ago, but i still don't know where exactly my room is...when confirming my accomodation i made the acceptance payment, but the email mentioned some kind of 'acceptance form' which i couldn't find, so i'm hoping making the payment was enough.
has anyone else recieved details about where their room is or will we just find out on moving in day? i've booked moving in time but it could be castle walls or owengate as i have a twin room.

Hi - I'm a fresher this year too [Trevelyan College]. I don't think any more details about rooms are shared until move in day, unfortunately. When I was accepting my accommodation it also just linked to the payment, so I think that's all that's needed to confirm.

Congrats on getting Castle confirmed – that’s so exciting! 🎉 It’s standard to find out your exact room on the moving-in day. The important part is that you’ve already confirmed your room type and made the acceptance payment. If you have booked your moving in time too it sounds like your are all set to go. Student and staff reps usually meet you outside of college on the day and allocate your specific room/key.
