Impossible to say, I applied for Economics and Politics with A*A*A* predictions (Achieved A* in EPQ) Maths/Econ/History and 99988887776 but didn't get an offer they said that my PS wasn't convincing enough! but I know of a number of people who got offers with less than that!

As someone who got into LSE, I'd say that you stand a fair chance! Just make sure you pay more attention to your personal statement - tons of students have stellar grades nowadays so your PS is where you're really going to have to stand out. If you have any questions feel free to PM me!

Is there a chance I could get some advice on my PS? If possible I could give you a LinkedIn or an email address to contact you if you have time?

Can I get into LSE without an A*? My predicts are AAA. Actually History is my strongest subject but my history teacher still predicts A for me, even though I get A* in my mocks. She marks very harshly.

Strong profile: A*A*AA with good GCSEs and an EPQ focused on economics, plus experience with MUN, makes you a strong candidate.

LSE don’t take an EPQ into account at any stage. I applied last year with A*A*A* Maths/Econ/History (A* achieved in EPQ) 99998888777 and didn’t get an offer. My achieved grades were A*A*A (A*EPQ) their loss!

Great stats! Did they tell you why you didn’t get an offer? Did you apply to Econ History?

Hey can I see your personal statement? I am applying the same with A*A*A*B predicted and 9999998888. I think I am off the mark on my PS tho. Also does anyone think that my predicted B in AS further maths will affect my chances?

They're definitely below average and are going to be a slight negative, but they can be easily made up for with a cold personal statement. I'm an applicant for this year so idrk too much but I feel like as long as you have solid predictions and your GCSEs aren't diabolical it just comes down to your ps
