Exeter Birks Grange Village Contract Takeover

Hi, I urgently need someone to takeover my contract for a single en-suite room in Birks Grange Village Block G.

- furnished room in an 8-bed flat on the 3rd floor, there is a lift so it is completely accessible
- self-catered accommodation: there is a large shared kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer/cupboard space
- en-suite bathroom
- on-campus accommodation which is only a 15 minute walk from central campus, so easy access to lectures
- there are 7 other flatmates, 3 girls and 4 boys, all very nice and welcoming
- £206.74/week, £8,269.56 for the full contract, all bills included
- contract length is 40 weeks, 14 September 2025 - 20 June 2026
