Hey guys! I'm doing OCR comp sci and the bit I enjoy most is probably the theory side of it. I struggle with lots of the programming aspect of it, and I fell behind a bit in y10 because my teacher was bad so I didn't put much effort in, which I am trying to correct now! It also annoys me how there's only 1 other girl in my class of 25. I chose comp sci because the teacher I had in y9 was amazing and so I really enjoyed the subject and was good at it, but then she left :frown:

Hey! I understand i also chose CS because a teacher i had her in year 8 and i was told that i was doing well so she influenced me into picking it in year 9 as my GCSE but not going to lie i'm regretting it because ever since i've done it as a GCSE i've just struggled and been a target for her and honestly i need to start revising more but i've lost so much hope for this subject that i want to give up and i have my CS mock in 33 days 😭 i'm so unprepared, Do you have any study methods that have helped you?

For programming get AI to make you some practice questions and then mark them, same for SQL. Otherwise just do past papers!

OCR
Probably the theory more than coding
I would say problem solving side of coding, can't do the long coding questions
Becuase I liked tech and CS is the future.
