if you’re willing to share, could I ask what qualifications and experience you had when applying? If i do get rejected and want to apply again in the future, i’d like to know what the kind of level is that is being considered xx

I had roughly 2-3 years as a support worker and within care coordination. Some voluntary experience as an AP. I also had done an MSc in mental health.

Anyone still waiting to even hear back about whether they’ve got an interview..? I’m convinced my application has been lost at this point or they’ve forgot to update it. Or i’m on a reserve list, but i’m still in the dark ☹️

Just to add to the reply you received for this - but I think its quite dependent on the service as to what they look for. I have gotten to interview twice, but do not hold a degree or any qualification in Psychology, instead I have a diploma (Level 5) in mixed modules including MH and Biology and a few years experience in MH services as a support worker/HCA.

Thank you! Honestly this was my second time applying and didn't think I did well either. But from both experiences I can say feedback is really important and ensuring you're using the pack provided when preparing. Good luck and hope you hear from them soon!
