This is extremely broad. What sort of art course are you looking for? What do you enjoy making? What are your priorities like for university, are you interested purely in the quality of the course, or do you have some preferences around location (i.e. a larger city, or a smaller town)?
There are around 300 universities in the UK. A large percentage offer an arts course of some kind.

At Kingston we have Kingston School of Art which has it's own campus and offers a range of courses which you can look though here o the website Undergraduate courses | Kingston University London

At the University of Southampton, we have a specialist arts campus where all our creative undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are based. This campus is called Winchester School of Art!
Undergraduate Programmes Include:
