does anyone feel dissatisfied with their family?

The hardship that I had when doing A levels turned out for the best. As the day I went to uni was the happiest of my life.
I had zero homesickness, after leaving home and dived into my student life with enthusiasm and optimism.

Make sure you go to a uni in a different city.
And after you move out you never have to go back. And you can have as little to do with them as you want.

For the applications, aim to get them in ahead of time. Don't be perfectionist with them. Just do a good stab at them in the time available.

My parents were the same last year, I'm moving away for uni in a few days luckily. :frown: I don't really have any good advice but just try and focus on your A level grades, study at school or in the library instead of at home if possible. Aim for the best grades you can so you can leave for uni next year (you don't want to have to take a gap year and be stuck with them another year)
