low ucat

Hello- i sat my ucat today and got a lower score than expected. 1740 B3. My predicted grades are A*AA / AAA. do i still have a chance of applying or is it worth retaking the exam next summer then reapplying? i was really hoping to apply to plymouth as my top choice due to location and sport!

Hi there, great to hear you're hoping to study at Plymouth but I'm sorry to hear about your UCAT not turning out the way you'd hoped.

As a student from a different subject, I wouldn't be too sure on entry requirements and chances so I'd recommend reaching out to those in the threads linked above for a more accurate answer. However, I am a student at Plymouth so if you have any questions or need help at all, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to answer them or point you in the right direction! I'd definitely agree with you about the great location and sports offerings 🙂
