Hello, I hope you are doing well.
I just got an offer from KCL - computer science.
I just wanted to ask if they accept deferrals after getting an offer. I haven't initially declared anywhere in UCAS that I'll be deferring, but now I might need to...
This is due to a plethora of reasons...
I checked on their website, but it only says that "deferrals may not be granted on competitive health courses such as medicine or dentistry" but generally , it says "King’s is happy to consider you if you wish to take a year out to gain some specific experience, earn funds in preparation for your studies or generally broaden your interests."

This is the whole paragraph :-
King’s is happy to consider you if you wish to take a year out to gain some specific experience, earn funds in preparation for your studies or generally broaden your interests. However, deferrals may not be granted on competitive health courses such as medicine or dentistry. In these areas, each request will be reviewed individually, and may only be permitted for extenuating circumstances (such as health related reasons). We suggest that you apply in the final year of secondary or further education, indicating in your UCAS application that you will be deferring entry and outlining your general plans in your personal statement. You are also welcome to apply to King’s towards the beginning of your gap year after completing your qualifications.

So could I do it do you think?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Hello and congratulations!

Yes, it's possible. You'll need to ask them via Kings Apply. I'm sure that if you tell them the reason, it will help them be more sympathetic
