at cambridge med what happens if i fail 2nd MB

im resitting a 2nd MB exam for first year medicine at cambridge (FEBP, ik, embarassing) next week and im stressing about what happens if i fail.

what are the chances they would let me switch to natsci? my argument would be that i passed my tripos exams solidly, so they can kick me out of med but surely not kick me out of cambridge??
