Occupational Therapy UCLAN

Hello
Is there someone on here that would have knowledge of the course at UCLAN (University of Lancashire) please?
In particular the entry requirements.
I don’t have health care experience but have a wealth of other experience including volunteering at a food bank and care home.
I am doing an access course at the moment.

Just want to know if I need to do anything else.
Will also try to contact the university too

For any healthcare course it is usually recommended that you get a day of shadowing experience with a practitioner to show that you understand the role. Try contacting your local hospitals and/or outpatient clinics to request this. Otherwise your work/volunteering experience looks fine.

Minimum qualifications:

We will consider your educational achievements, predicted grades, work experience and personal statement. If you don't meet the grades for your chosen course, we will consider you for other programmes. It sounds like you have some great experience already, voluntary work really boosts applications and your personal statement!
