💷 Rent: £159 per week (all bills included)
📅 Contract length: 44 weeks — 13 September 2025 – 18 July 2026
✅ Facilities: Gym, study spaces, common room, laundry, 24/7 security
This is student-only accommodation, so you must be a full-time student to take over the contract.
I’m an international student who has recently withdrawn, so I urgently need someone to take over my room. The process will be handled officially through CLV (Belgrave View management), so it’s a safe and formal tenancy transfer.
