Hi, I just have a few questions regarding adult dependant grant.

Is the maximum freshold of 15kish calculated over a financial year, so if my partner has only just started working and will not hit 15k by April would they eligible?

Or is it taken over an academic year?

It would be over the academic year, it would be to prove they are financially dependent while you are in study.
