Roehampton University - conditional offer

Hi, anyone experiencing the same issue?

I received a conditional offer from Roehampton University, submitted the required documents, and since then I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response, and I’ve also called three times—each time I was only told, “If you’ve sent the documents, we will get back to you soon.”

Classes start next week, and I still haven’t received any confirmation. I’m beginning to wonder if they’re even receiving my emails, because just last week I got a call from them asking if I was still interested in the course and requesting the same documents I had already submitted.

At this point, I really don’t know what else I can do. I’ve followed every instruction, but if I don’t get an answer soon, it will mean losing an entire year since the next intake is only in September. All I want is a clear response from them.

You should be giving their admissions team a call or even a in person visit at this point

Call several times a day and be very persistent/pushy - and ask to speak to someone else if you just get fobbed-off.

Hi,I’m also an A-level student who applied to the university of Roehampton and yes I did have the same issue as you. However,I did manage to fix this issue and all I can advise you is to visit the university in person because that’s what I had to do in order to get my unconditional offer.Their admission team tend to be very slow online but in person they are pretty fast so I would recommend you to visit the admission desk located next to the nest department.Calling them or emailing them won’t help but I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Also I forgot to mention, but don’t give up yet because it’s only freshers and induction sessions that are starting next week.Teaching doesn’t start till 29th of September. So I would advise to keep on visiting the university physically till the teaching for your course starts.

Hi, I also have the same predicament - how long did it take until you got the unconditional offer and enrolment email? Did you end up going into the university to sort it out?
