Engineering without physics a level? (entry requirements don't state)
Would I be disadvantaged and be less likely to be offered a place at uni?

If the entry requirements do not state that Physics is either required or preferred then you will not be disadvantaged. Marketing legislation means that all Universities have to be entirely up-front and honest about entry requirements - they cannot have 'secret' entry-requirements that they don't actually tell you about.
