I am looking for an exam centre to resit an A-level with coursework. Are there any that do not ask for at least £1000?

Have you tried asking your most recent school if you can use them as an exam-centre?

Hey @ir028cn,

As pointed out above, it's definitely best to ask your old school/sixth form whether you could re-sit your A-Level there. The coursework component of your A-Level makes it tricky to sit at a private exam centre - and even if you didn't have that, exam fees alone at private centres usually cost anywhere in the region of £300-500.

If your old school isn't an option, try contacting other local sixth forms/colleges you know of.
