Doesn't let me to take a maintenance loan

I'm 25 year old student. Previous year they consider me as a home student. Because I'm here from pre settlement status from 2020. This year they telling me to fill EUPR1 form. Which is only giving tuition fees. The form i sent them tell me incorrect. Why are they ao annoying.

Can you confirm you nationality? Are you working in the UK and will continue to work during your studies? IS your course full time undergarduate?

I'm italian, i am working during the studies, i live in under pre settlement since 2020, i couldn't move settlement because i wasn't here for corona period. My pre settlement extend until 2030. My course is full time

Hi Kevin,
If you work while you study you can potentially apply as a Migrant Worker: if accepted you'll be entitled to the Maintenance Loan.
Is this what you've done? As in, did you send the PN1 form to us along with proof that you're working in the UK?
