Changed my name, money will bounce.

Hello,
I changed my name by deed poll after I had set up and received confirmation that I would get student finance. As such, the name and bank account on my student finance account are for my old name. But my bank account has now been changed to my new name.
I tried submitting supporting evidence that included my deed poll and a covering letter, but student finance haven't seen it and I've tried to ring the contact number 5 times and never gotten through to a human or had any help, and whatever online web page support they're talking about I have never been able to access.
We are quickly approaching the deadline at which you cannot change your bank details anymore, the 23rd. My account number and sort code are the same, only my name is different. I am sooo stressed, All I need it the name changed and then we're fine, but I haven't even received a confirmation that they're received the documents or are working on it.
I'm just terrified because the payment won't work and then I'll have no money to pay for my accommodation just a few days later. I'm terrified. Please help
