Super specific predicted grade advice

Hi guys,
So at the end of year 12 mocks my predicted grades were 3A*s and an A in Latin.
I decided to try to improve the A to an A* as when speaking to a natural sciences director at Cambridge (the course I am applying for) he confirmed that this would definitely benefit my application.
I got the results from my second mock and got an A again so no change to prediction.
My teacher said that there may be an opportunity for me to improve this before the application, however, I feel that this would be quite a lot of work which could interfere with my prep for the ESAT (5 days before the UCAS early applicant deadline).
My question is - should I try and get this grade improved (even though the subject isn’t super relative to my course) because it would make me a stronger applicant or should I leave it and focus more on the ESAT (which I am struggling with but would still be able to work on even when improving my grade)?
Thanks!!

No. The ESAT is more important than a 4th A level in Latin for NatSci.

Focus on ESAT. Your predicteds meet the minimum NatSci offer of A*A*A. Latin isn’t a subject that they will prioritise much as it’s not relevant to NatSci compared to what I assume is 3 stem subjects. If your ESAT doesn’t go well you won’t get an interview. If you have an A instead of an A* in Latin for a stem course I would very much hope that wouldn’t be the sole basis to rejecting you pre or post interview.
