I am moving Universities and need someone to take over my old room in a shared house in Jesmond. It is £650 per month without bills, double bedroom, 2 bathrooms + another toilet, parking available, garden/patio area, big kitchen + shared living area, housemates are all super lovely, looking for students only preferably female, it's close to both Unis, please message me if interested
