Cardiff Orientation
I can't complete the 'Cardiff orientation'. I can't to access this link correctly. When I press 'start now' I am taken to a login page but neither my school nor home email works. I am not given a prompt to 'click continue' and 'activate my account'. someone help. they keep sending me emails telling me to do it but I can't. I emailed but they haven't responded.

Please call them directly if possible and tell them you're having this issue. They are the only ones who can rectify it.

Hi there,
Try speaking to your home school reception, or if it persists, when you collect your IDs, we have people there to help if this issue doesn't fix itself. On the third floor of the Centre for Student Life, Mon-Fri (until the 3rd) 9:30am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.Hope this helps,
