Tenancy takeover the Waterways Nottingham

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the waterways student accommodation in Nottingham city centre. First instalment is already paid. Perfect distance from Nottingham Trent city campus, I am only looking to move as I have changed my course and it will be in a different location.

-£180 per week on a 44 week contract (ends on 17/07/26)
- All bills included
- First instalment is already paid
- Room includes 3/4 size bed, double wardrobe and en suite bathroom
- Shared kitchen with currently 3 other students, very spacious
