Tenancy Takeover Liverpool!

I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy as my plans for uni have changed due to health issues.

It's a double room in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in L6. We're all girls and looking for another girl to takeover. The house is 5 minutes walk away from a huge Lidl and 10-15 minutes away from UoL and LJMU. It's also a 15 minute walk to the city center!

Rent is 136 per week all bills included and I would be open to contributing towards next month's rent or the deposit.

I lived with my house mates in my first year of uni as well, and they are really friendly, tidy and respectful.
