Does anybody know the student support email for The College of Animal Welfare?

Just under a month ago, I contacted the college to inquire about the acceptance of my equivalent GCSEs for the Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. I submitted images of my certificates and module lists for review. I haven't heard anything back (yet), and instead of pestering the administration email, I think contacting student services directly (and resending the qualifications if needed) might be the way forward.
I recognise that they've probably had a busy month with the new intakes, but I need to know where I stand with them as I might need to do a Level 2 before the Level 3.
If anybody could help, it would be much appreciated.

I think it would be fine to use the email published on their website. They'll know who to direct your query to, if necessary.

I've been communicating via that email and their admin email but the people in charge of reviewing my certificates are the student services, so admin and the public email on the website are a middleman at the moment. I don't want to keep nagging the people who aren't dealing with my certificates.
However, a few hours ago they told me the person in charge of reviewing my certificates isn't in until next week so I'll have to wait anyway.
