Tenancy Takeover Leicester

I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy since I've had to transfer from a Leicester-based Uni to a London-based one.

It's a first floor studio apartment with both a kitchenette & private bathroom, overlooking the courtyard of the complex with 24h security on-site & on-site gym which is free for tenants.
The complex is 5 minutes walk away from a huge Lidl & Tesco and is 350m~ to DMU & 20m bus journey to University of Leicester. It's also a 10 minute walk to Leicester's city centre and markets.

Rent is £151 per week with electricity excluded but other utilities are included with that price.

I haven't lived here long but CODE offers events constantly every week which is free for tenants to attend.

Sep 12 2025 - Aug 13 2026. I believe you can ask CODE for an extension to Sep 2026 at no additional rent if you plan to remain for that period.

Hi, You will need to contact CODE @ 0116 233 5678. If you tell them you're doing a tenancy transfer for D014, they should be able to quickly get you set up and have a contract ready.
