Civil and structural engineering

I was going to apply for civil engineering at Sheffield, but they recently discontinued the course. Now I am applying for Civil and structural engineering. Please can someone tell me what is the difference and whether the accreditation to becoming a chartered civil engineer is the same?

Are you sure? It still seems to be on the website:

I think they discontinued the structural engineering and architecture course (?)

The first year for civil and structural courses generally will be very similar if not the same. You can steer the course with the civil and structural course towards your interests with course options in latter years. Accreditation is pretty comprehensive:

"This degree is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators (JBM) comprising the Institution of Civil Engineers, Institution of Structural Engineers, Institute of Highway Engineers, the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and the Permanent Way Institution on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng)."

Thank you. I wanted to do an integrated MEng but they got rid of it.
