A-level Psychology Remark

Hellooo!

So ill be as brief as possible. I was getting A*s all year round only gotten an A once ever. Real exams I somehow got a B but I was 9 marks off an A.

As psychology is subjective I thought getting a remark would be beneficial but my school is warning me against it?

I'd have to lose 27 marks to drop to a C.

I personally cannot afford to pay for the remarks right now & I previously recieved bursary at my school so they know my financial situation.

I'm not sure what to do. Getting an A would genuinely be life changing if not I'm thinking about retaking at a college or something.

How can I convince my school to give me the remark or atleast help me pay for it until I can find a job or something.

Hi @lin.exe, I'm sorry you're struggling with this it sounds really unfair. I would contact your schools finance teams if possible and ask to have a meeting or explain your circumstances. Maybe they can provide some financial support for this. You could also speak to your tutor and ask if they have any advice or can help you.

Hope this helps and good luck!
